symmetry
Twinny is a privacy-focused AI extension for Visual Studio Code. You can run AI models locally on your machine for maximum privacy, and optionally connect to the Symmetry network for additional capabilities. To test Symmetry, select any provider marked 'chat' in the table below to start a conversation.
Connect to the Symmetry network
If you're interested in the Symmetry network and are running Ollama, LMStudio or other local AI models, you can optionally join the network. Please be aware that Node.js 18 or later is required to install and run the Symmetry client and CLI.
Attention! If your node displays as unlealthy you are likely running an outdated version of twinny or symmetry-core or your configuration is not correct. Please check your provider configuration `provider.yml` against the official configuration options they might be out-dated.
